Welcome!
Taekwon Do is a hard-style Korean martial art known for powerful and effective hand and foot techniques. Based on physical rigor, mental focus and ettiquette, Taekwon Do strengthens body and mind.
Foothills Taekwon-Do was founded in 1969 as part of the United States and International Taekwon Do Federations. For over forty five years we have strived to provide the very best technical instruction to our students. Classes are taught by seasoned black belt instructors dedicated to developing human potential. We stress good technique and the five tenets of Taekwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. You are welcome at any time to try out a class at either of our locations, or to observe and ask questions.
